TENNESSEE – As the weather gets warmer and summer season gets underway, many Tennessee tourist attractions will be open during the winter months.

has announced a lot more Tennessee attractions are open in the fall.
According to the Tennessee Tourism Information Agency (TTIA), the number of Tennessee tourist concessions in operation across the state increased by 16 percent from a year ago.
Ticket sales in Tennessee are up 13 percent from the year before.
The Tennessee Tourism Commission reported that sales of all state and local government and private tickets and concessions increased by 11.5 percent in 2015.
Ticket sales increased by 7.5% in 2014.
In addition, TTIAA reported that there were 821 events that are open during any given day, and the number increased by 3.6 percent from 2014.
The Tennesseans have a lot to look forward to with the fall season.
According the Tennessee Tourism Commission, Tennessee residents are expected to spend an average of $2,564 per day on state and regional tourism, with the average spending at $1,942.
The average spending per resident on Tennessee travel was $1.732, a 13 percent increase from last year.
The Tourism Board of Directors recently announced the opening of several new attractions and attractions in the area.
The Tourism Board has confirmed that Tennessee will be the first state in the South to receive a new, larger theme park.
