What to do if you have a problem with a ride at the Atlanta Museum of Art

In order to make a ride work at the Museum of Arts in Atlanta, the company behind the attraction, The Atlanta Theme Park, has to find ways to get the theme park’s attractions and rides to work at a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable level.

Here are some things to keep in mind if you’re having trouble with The Atlanta Museum’s new ride, The Magic Wheel.

1.

Do not use your phone for the ride.

If you’re trying to watch the movie at the museum, your phone should be off and not on. 2.

Be respectful.

It is our responsibility to maintain the environment at the theme parks we operate and to keep our guests safe.

If we cannot provide the safety and comfort necessary to keep guests safe, we will not operate at the parks.

If it is a matter of safety, then our guests will be seated in a separate area of the park.

If safety is an issue for you, please make an appointment with a park representative to discuss this.

3.

Don’t touch the wheel or ride.

You will be charged a $15 fee for the service of the ride, which is to be used for your own entertainment.

We cannot take any responsibility for any injuries, property damage, or loss.

We ask that you respect the experience of the guests and refrain from touching the wheels or ride while it is in use.

4.

Use a park phone to call the operator if you cannot reach the operator.

5.

If there is a problem, please call us and speak to one of our park representatives.

We are here to make sure that you are enjoying the theme of your choice.

6.

Be sure to wear your seatbelt and keep the ride in park.

7.

Make sure to use a restroom if you are not using a restroom.

If the ride is not working, you can call our customer service line to check on the status of the event.

8.

Please make sure to keep your phone and the device charged.

The ride will be turned off when it is not needed.

If your phone is charging but you cannot see the device, try turning it off and on.

We will not be able to assist you until the ride has been turned off.

9.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

The Magic Wheels is currently undergoing the review process for a new ride that will run in the museum.

We encourage you to make your reservations now if you can.
